Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation in New York seeks a Client Advisor to execute merchandising and client relationship strategies on the sales floor, building a loyal client base and driving store revenue while upholding the brand’s luxurious standards.

You will share extensive product knowledge, deliver exceptional service, and work with a diverse team to ensure integrity, passion for the brand, and outstanding client experiences across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team
• Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc. preferred
• While not required, Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are considered a strong asset
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

• Assist in execution of merchandising and client relationship strategies.
• Develop a client base, drive store revenue, and shape the brand experience on the sales floor.
