Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a retail team member to deliver a transformational client experience and build the brand with every customer. This role emphasizes selling excellence, deep product knowledge, and a passion for fashion in our Wisconsin Pleasant Prairie store.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer-relations experience with excellent communication.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive sales.
• Deliver the customer experience through extensive product knowledge and Tory Burch brand philosophy.
• Follow all sales and operational policies to ensure loss prevention and brand standards.
