Lucchese Bootmaker seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, enhance operations, and lead a luxury retail team in Telluride Mountain Village, CO. The ASM will oversee daily store activities and ensure brand standards are upheld across guest experiences.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing onboarding, and supporting staffing and performance processes while maintaining inventory accuracy and loss prevention guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–4 years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Store Manager to execute business strategies aligned with store goals.
• Supports cross-functional initiatives and company programs.
