Job summary

Nemacolin in Pennsylvania's Laurel Highlands is seeking an Associate Shuttle Driver to provide safe, reliable transport for associates between work locations, parking, and housing. You will represent luxury resort standards with professional driving, clear communication, and a commitment to guest service.

You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, coordinate with dispatch, and support daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to operate manual (standard) and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and safe operating practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely transportation for associates between designated work locations, parking locations, and associate housing while maintaining high safety and professionalism.
• Maintain continuous shuttle route throughout the property to ensure reliable transportation services for associates.
• Perform vehicle inspections before each shift; report any damage; check fluids and tires; report concerns to management.
• Maintain clean, presentation-ready shuttle vehicles interior and exterior to uphold luxury hospitality standards.
• Communicate professionally with the dispatcher and fellow drivers using hand-held radios.
• Represent the resort through positive interactions and exceptional customer service with every passenger.
• Support operational excellence and evolving business needs with additional assigned responsibilities.
