Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring for a housekeeping role at Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa in Florida. You will maintain spotless guest spaces and public areas, delivering the high standard of service our guests expect in a luxury resort setting.

This position requires physical stamina, the ability to move up to 100 lbs, long periods on your feet, and strong communication. Starting pay is $14 per hour; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
• Ability to move and lift up to 100 lbs in tight spaces; lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness.
• Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked.
• Proper utilization of equipment, supplies and guest amenities.
• Thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas.
• Daily linen/towel changes and inspections per standards.
• Report safety hazards and follow safety procedures.
• Respect guests’ property and provide courteous service.
• Care for equipment and follow schedules for room issuance.
• Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and coworkers.
• Perform other related duties as requested by Floor Supervisor.
