Qualifications

• Must be able to work and communicate effectively with TEAM members.
• Experience in landscaping tasks and groundskeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily landscaping duties: trimming, planting, pruning, weeding, and irrigation maintenance.
• Maintain flowerbeds, trees, and shrubs according to seasonal standards.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely (trimmers, blowers, hedge clippers).
• Monitor and adjust irrigation systems for water efficiency.
• Assist in seasonal projects and holiday décor installations.
• Keep exterior guest areas clean and hazard-free.
• Report maintenance needs and safety hazards promptly.
