Responsibilities

• Craft and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, ensuring consistency and excellence in every cup.
• Provide personalized service to guests, taking orders with diligence and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
• Masterfully prepare a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee machines, equipment, and serving areas, in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Uphold the highest standards of beverage quality and presentation, adhering to established recipes and techniques.
• Assist in inventory management, including stocking and replenishing coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
• Maintain the grab and go marketplace offerings.
• Collaborate with other food and beverage team members to ensure seamless service and exceed guest expectations.
• Demonstrate a passion for coffee and a commitment to excellence, embodying the luxury resort's brand values and standards.
• Contribute to the overall guest experience by delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments through genuine hospitality.
