This role requires 21+ with a valid license, a clean driving record, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. Experience with luxury and oversized vehicles and basic door/service tasks is valued. Compensation is $17-$18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with a valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to drive a wide range of vehicles, including luxury models.
• Manual transmission experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, run, and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate resident and guest vehicles safely and efficiently at all times.
• Park and retrieve vehicles in a timely and organized manner.
• Maintain control of vehicle flow in the driveway and garage areas.
• Follow company protocols related to key handling, ticketing, and safety.
• Support residents with doors, packages, and basic assistance as needed.
• Maintain a professional, alert, and disciplined presence during the shift.
