Job summary

Vine Homes Construction seeks an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our Southern California expansion, based in Los Angeles. The role blends estimating and preconstruction with eventual project management across luxury residential builds.

You will develop budgets, coordinate pricing, review drawings, and guide projects from preconstruction to closeout while collaborating with designers and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
• Proven experience managing high-end custom homes or similar complex residential projects.
• Strong estimating and preconstruction experience.
• Ability to read complete drawing sets (architectural, structural, MEP).

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating and preconstruction for high-end residential projects.
• Review drawings to develop scopes and budgets.
• Solicit subcontractor pricing and level bids.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
