Job summary

Guardian Service Industries is seeking experienced and qualified Concierge for luxury communities in the Arlington, Tysons, Vienna, VA area. The ideal candidate will be skilled in residential hospitality, provide excellent member service, and maintain strong professional relationships with residents.

Schedule and compensation: Thursday through Sunday, 3:00pm–11:00pm, pay rate $18.00–$20.00/hr with experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior residential concierge experience.
• Experience with 250+ units (desirable).
• Experience with Building Link, Yardi, Rent Café, Entrata, et al. preferred
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service at the front desk.
• Maintain logs and produce signage as needed.
• Develop and sustain professional relationships with residents and staff.
• Ensure smooth operation of front desk and address inquiries promptly.
