Qualifications

• SCDL or GADL is required for consideration.
• Willingness to present a 5-year driving record during interview.
• Experience with water chemistry, pool equipment setup, and customer education preferred.
• Physically capable of outdoor work and manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Configure, calibrate, and program pool automation systems, heaters, pumps, and controllers.
• Balance water chemistry and perform cleaning tasks; document issues.
• Provide homeowner orientations on system operation and maintenance.
• Deliver professional customer service and effective communication.
• Maintain vehicle inventory and report supply needs.
• Record equipment settings and daily tasks in company software.
• Pursue ongoing learning and participate in trainings.
