Neiman Marcus is seeking a Personal Stylist Assistant to support stylists with client communication, outfit recommendations, and day-to-day operations both on site and online. You will help manage appointments, track orders, and maintain client records for top clients in a luxury retail environment.

The role requires a passion for fashion, strong customer service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet client needs and store coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with technology and has experience using digital tools.
• Fashion retail experience.
• Work flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and implementing selling appointments, including ringing transactions at POS and processing merchandise for Fashionphile Service.
• Complete post appointment follow up, including order tracking, alterations, thank you notes.
• Help organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects and experiences for Top Clients.
