Performance Luxury Sport is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair a range of luxury, performance, European, and domestic vehicles in a modern shop environment. You will use advanced diagnostic tools and collaborate with service staff to ensure top-quality workmanship for discerning customers.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong diagnostic and mechanical skills, and ownership of your own tools.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience servicing a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Ability to diagnose and complete repairs in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have own tools appropriate for the position.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair luxury, performance, European, and domestic vehicles.
• Perform vehicle inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently per standards.
• Use factory scan tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot concerns.
• Perform routine maintenance and complex mechanical/electrical repairs.
• Document findings, diagnoses, and repairs accurately.
• Communicate repair needs and recommendations with Service Advisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Care for customer vehicles, tools, and dealership equipment.
• Stay current on evolving vehicle technology and repair techniques.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, and other technicians.
