Qualifications

Licensed Dispensing Optician (LDO) or equivalent extensive optical experience.
Must be skilled in lens selection, frame styling and troubleshooting.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong professional communication skills.
Polished, business-professional presentation.
Previous lab experience strongly preferred.
Adaptable and willing to travel between offices as business needs require.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding optical care and service to a high-end patient base.
Assist patients in selecting eyewear to match their style and vision needs.
Perform fittings, adjustments, repairs, and measurements with precision.
Collaborate with the in-house lab to ensure quality craftsmanship (lab experience a plus).
