• Deliver personalized, attentive service that ensures guests feel comfortable and cared for.
• Educate guests on nail care best practices and recommend retail products and spa services to enhance their experience.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment environment while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
