Job summary

Bowman Pointe in West Little Rock, AR seeks a Leasing Consultant to greet residents and prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and support marketing efforts. You’ll handle daily office tasks and assist the Community Director in maintaining an exceptional living environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing experience in a luxury multi-family property.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume office.
• Professional, customer-service focused attitude with leasing goals.
• Proficiency with standard office equipment and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for residents and prospective tenants, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
• Conduct tours of apartment homes and amenities to showcase Bowman Pointe.
• Assist in leasing activities, including processing applications and lease agreements.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new residents while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Handle daily office tasks such as answering phones, typing, filing, scanning, and faxing.
• Support the Community Director in maintaining an exceptional living environment.
• Foster relationships with residents by addressing needs and ensuring satisfaction.
