Qualifications

2–5 years of proven experience designing custom or semi-custom residential kitchen and bath cabinetry.
Expert-level mastery of industry software: 2020 Design, Cabinet Vision, Chief Architect, AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of standard architectural symbols, MEP clearances, and residential building codes.
Track record of zero-error accuracy on high-value cabinetry orders.
Excellent verbal and written client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

Lead client design meetings and present floor plans; assist with material and fixed finish selections.
Develop accurate kitchen and bath layouts, 3D renderings, and elevations.
Generate installer-ready blueprints, technical specifications, and cabinetry order sheets.
Prepare transparent project cost estimates, proposals, contracts, and sales documents.
Coordinate with field superintendents, general contractors, and cabinet installers for measurements and site adjustments.
