Job summary

Pandora at Outlet Collection Seattle is seeking a Sales Lead to drive in-store performance and deliver unforgettable customer experiences. You will coach the sales team, share brand knowledge, and help build lasting Pandora loyalty with fans in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in high-performance selling, superb communication skills, and solid business acumen. Must be 18+, able to work nights/weekends, and comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and POS systems.
• 18 years or older and able to provide eligibility to work.

Responsibilities

• Exceed store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
