Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC is seeking a skilled Jeweler to perform high-end jewelry repairs, settings, sizing, and polishing to exacting standards. You will work with 18K gold, platinum, and laser welding, collaborating with a luxury team to deliver timely services.

The role requires 3–5 years in luxury jewelry repairs, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced workshop.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 3–5 years experience in high-end luxury jewelry repairs preferred.
• Experience with 18K gold and platinum; laser welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform high repairs and high Jewelry production using a torch and laser welding.
• Alterations and repairs including chain sizing and ring sizing; assist Customer Service with repairs flow.
• Provide accurate assessments of merchandise quality and condition for the best course of action.
• Maintain the shop and personal workspace, keep equipment clean and safe.
• Maintain and request shop supplies; ensure proper consumption and recovery of findings.
• Pursue personal and shop improvement by learning new techniques and methods.
• Work professionally with Store staff, fostering teamwork and respect.
• Communicate issues or concerns through appropriate channels.
