Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a design-focused professional to guide clients through space planning, selection, customization, and purchase of luxury furniture. You will present layouts and work on larger projects, including in-home consultations and design events.

The role requires a design degree and 2–4 years of interior design experience, with strong presentation and client-management skills. Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $165,000 plus performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Interior design degree or equivalent.
• 2–4 years interior design experience.
• House call and interior installation experience.
• Portfolio of finished projects available for review.
• Demonstrated understanding of a luxury brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on multiple projects collaboratively and independently with different budgets and scales.
• Network and support client interaction in-store and at design events.
• Attain sales goals through design projects.
• Mentor Design Consultants on projects.
• Train and develop team to present layouts and conduct house calls.
• Manage multiple design tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
