Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior housekeeping experience in luxury or upscale hospitality preferred.
• Familiarity with major hotel brand standards is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks during an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to luxury brand standards of excellence.
• Sanitize bathrooms, refresh linens, replenish towels and amenities.
• Make beds with precision; inspect bedding and furnishings for cleanliness.
• Dust, polish, vacuum, and hand-clean floors, furniture, fixtures, and details.
• Maintain organized housekeeping carts and supply areas.
• Uphold a warm, professional demeanor at all times.
• Assist with laundry operations and cross-department support as needed.
