Parking Management Company is seeking a Hospitality Valet Attendant to provide courteous, efficient valet services in a luxury hotel, resort, or events setting. You will welcome guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and maintain safety and a polished appearance.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, safe key handling, and timely service while upholding company standards. This non-exempt role offers opportunities to earn tips and a dynamic outdoor work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Customer service experience preferred; customer service attitude and a helpful demeanor is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets.
• Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures.
• Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies, including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips.
• Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable always.
• Handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolve problems promptly, and ensure high-quality service.
• Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for safe and efficient parking operations.
• Perform other tasks as needed to support the company’s operational goals, attend staff meetings and complete training modules.
