Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring a Valet Attendant to provide courteous, efficient valet services at luxury hotels, resorts and events. You are the first impression guests meet, parking and retrieving vehicles with energy and a polished presence to enhance guest experience.

Role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a strong customer service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience preferred; a customer service attitude and helpful demeanor mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and document parking locations on tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles while maintaining safety procedures.
• Follow attendance and timekeeping policies; report tips accurately.
• Keep valet areas clean and presentable at all times.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and work as part of a team.
• Maintain punctuality, wear full uniform, and stay groomed for each shift.
• Attend staff meetings and complete training modules as required.
