Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years in hotel, country club or fine dining.
• Proficiency with Toast POS and order processing.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety procedures.
• English required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally and escort to tables.
• Take guest orders accurately and communicate with kitchen and bar.
• Provide informed menu recommendations and upsell premium items.
• Record orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and service timing.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service.
• Handle cash and payments accurately and balance cash drawer.
• Adhere to licensing, health, and safety regulations.
