The Hotel Hershey is seeking a full-time security team member to protect guests, employees, and assets across the property. The role requires vigilance, prompt response to emergencies, and accurate reporting of incidents.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to obtain required clearances.
• High School Diploma required; degree preferred in criminal justice/safety.
• Experience in security or hospitality is a plus; clean background checks.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the property and document rounds; investigate incidents and file reports.
• Respond to emergencies and provide assistance in fire or other situations.
• Investigate complaints and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Administer First Aid/CPR and maintain security systems.
• Ensure access control and physical safety measures are followed.
