Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a building maintenance engineering role, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• HVAC experience is preferred and knowledge of building systems is essential.
• Certification in above trades or related safety training is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the hotel facilities, including structure, furnishings, mechanical systems, HVAC, and related equipment.
• Resolve repair issues in guest rooms and public areas with attention to quality and safety.
• Respond to guest requests and document activities in the maintenance system.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with Firmdale SOPs and safety procedures.
• Be proactive in following hotel emergency procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
