You will operate washing and drying machines, fold and store linen per standards, and handle damaged items in accordance with hotel procedures. Strong teamwork and physical stamina are essential in a high‑heat environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Previous hotel laundry or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to pull and push heavy loads.
• Ability to work in a high heat environment.

Responsibilities

• Process hotel laundry and ensure adequate linen turns to meet hotel needs.
• Operate washing and drying machines according to procedures.
• Fold, stack, and store linen in accordance with hotel standards.
• Process damaged linen for discard per hotel standards.
