Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas LLC is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across luxury suites and rooms. You will perform deep cleaning, restocking, and routine upkeep while ensuring a courteous guest experience.

Qualified candidates will have housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate in English. The role requires flexibility for varied shifts in a fast-paced, luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience and/or formal housekeeping training/certifications.
• Ability to clean with great attention to detail while meeting productivity standards.
• Working knowledge of basic computers including handheld devices and radios.
• Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Polished appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to understand company rules and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain rooms as assigned.
• Meet cleanliness standards set forth by Resorts World Las Vegas.
• Detail and deep clean rooms as instructed.
• Clean guest amenities and replace supplies as needed.
• Assist in picking up extra credits when requested.
• Maintain and restock supply carts.
• Manage master key operations daily.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Assist coworkers in housekeeping as needed.
