Job summary

Responsibilities

• Uphold and adhere to the Hotel Emma Vision, Storymakers, Service Promises and Elements and Disciplines.
• Maintain knowledge of daily house count, arrivals/departures, VIPs, and scheduled activities.
• Proactively welcome residents and guests with warmth and name recognition; provide vehicle and luggage assistance.
• Greet arriving guests by name and initiate check-in processes with front desk coordination.
• Safely take possession of guest vehicles and perform a walk-around with the guest.
• Park and retrieve vehicles following safety protocols.
• Assist with luggage, deliveries, and amenity setup; support move-ins and concierge tasks.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments as needed.
• Respond to special requests and adjust to scheduled or impromptu tasks.
• Support resident lifestyle concierge activities and on-campus partnerships.
