Job summary

TEAM Construction, based in Las Vegas, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial projects, including luxury hospitality, gaming, retail, and restaurant spaces on or near the Las Vegas Strip. You will own day-to-day site execution from mobilization through closeout.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of superintendent or equivalent leadership experience, strong communication, and a track record managing multiple trades in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of construction superintendent or equivalent field leadership experience.
• Proficiency with scheduling and project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or "similar"); experience with Outbuild is a plus.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and to plan and spec.
• Manage and hold subcontractors accountable to project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Maintain and update the project schedule; identify and resolve delays or conflicts proactively.
• Lead daily and weekly jobsite meetings, including subcontractor coordination and safety briefings.
• Enforce jobsite safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors on RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Oversee quality control and punch list processes through substantial completion and closeout.
• Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and manpower planning in active/occupied and high-traffic environments.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, documentation, and progress photos.
