You will operate the espresso machine, know the Chef’s Market menu, handle phone calls, and contribute to guest satisfaction. This role includes perks like free Hersheypark admission and parking, employee discounts, and flexible weekend and holiday hours.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older required.
• Ability to speak, write and communicate English.
• Excellent guest service and positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Serve beverages and food orders; promote pastry sales and gift basket programs.
• Operate and maintain the espresso machine.
• Know the Chef’s Market food and beverage menu.
• Ensure quality and presentation of coffee orders.
• Take phone calls.
• Other duties as assigned.
