Rhythm Careers is seeking a Luxury Hospitality Interior Designer for our New York team. You will contribute to design development and delivery of high-end hospitality spaces, from concept through to installation, collaborating with consultants and vendors.

The role requires 4+ years post-grad in hospitality interiors, strong FF&E knowledge, and proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit and visualization tools are a plus. The position is based in New York, with a focus on luxury, concept-driven projects.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of hospitality interiors experience, luxury experience preferred.
• Strong FF&E knowledge and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of luxury hospitality projects (hotels, restaurants, bars, lifestyle spaces).
• Produce detailed drawings, including plans, elevations, and bespoke millwork.
• Create high-quality visualisations and renderings to communicate design intent.
• Attend client meetings, present concepts, and coordinate FF&E procurement.
