Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience preferred.
• Valid plumbing license or ability to obtain one (as required by state/local regulations).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems (water, drain, sewer, gas).
• Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Repair or replace fixtures, pipes, valves, water heaters, and appliances.
• Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing diagrams.
• Ensure work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding repairs and recommendations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles.
• Complete job documentation accurately and timely.
