Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General maintenance knowledge across plumbing, electrical, painting, and groundskeeping.
• Ability to use proper tools and basic testing devices.
• Basic Windows-based computer skills for logging work orders.
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance and good judgment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle physical tasks.
• Willingness to work Tue–Sat, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., with on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily property inspections and upkeep to maintain high standards.
• Assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and grounds maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems and appliances.
• Prepare units for occupancy and conduct turnovers.
• Log all service requests and track expenses.
