ZRS Management LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean and welcoming spaces across the property. You will prepare units, clean common areas, and support leasing tours with attention to detail and confidentiality.

• Related experience or training in housekeeping or cleaning.
• Knowledge of operating cleaning equipment and supplies.

Job Description: The position of Housekeeper is essential to ensure a good first impression of the property and our residents well-being.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintaining common areas, clubhouse, offices, restrooms and guest suites.
• Preparing make-ready units, which includes cleaning of all doors, windows, racks, counters, appliances, sinks and fixtures within three to five business days.
• Maintaining and requesting supplies to perform duties.
• Performing daily morning inspections and touch-ups of all models and leasing tour routes.
• Complying with Fair Housing requirements and laws.

Weekends as determined by Property Manager and incorporated into the work schedule.

Qualifications

• Related experience and/or training.
• Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Supervisor and coworkers.
• Ability to work cooperatively and in a teamwork environment.
• Must possess attention to detail, manage time effectively and adapt to change in a composed manner.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
