La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries in Denver seeks a Professional Sales Representative. You will guide high-end clients, curate luxury spaces, and drive sales with uncapped commissions.

Training pay is $20/hour for 2-6 weeks. After training, base pay $13.50/hour + commission on monthly sales. Average earnings target $55,000–$75,000+ annually, with a comprehensive benefits package and a modern showroom environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate, build rapport, and positively influence.
• Ability to work the schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Guide high-end clients through a premium sales experience.
• Create inspired spaces with world-class furniture and décor.
• Promote the Design program and assist the Designer to achieve sales goals.
• Consistently execute the La‑Z‑Boy selling process for a favorable customer experience.
• Maximize store promotions and maintain knowledge of product lines.
