The Cooper flower shop and floral studio, managed within BHC properties, seeks a Flower Shop Attendant to support daily floral production, guest interaction, and shop merchandising. You will help with basic arrangements, deliveries, and upkeep while upholding Forbes-standard service and luxury aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in florals, retail, visual merchandising, or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Strong aesthetic sense and eye for detail.
• Ability to work with fresh flowers and follow floral handling best practices.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in cool environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with floral production and preparation including processing flowers and basic arrangements.
• Support guest service and retail through product knowledge and sales of floral items.
• Help place floral pieces in hotel spaces and assist with small events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral studio and coolers.
• Participate in pre-opening activities and SOP development for daily operations.
