Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as bartender preferred.
• Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, fine wines and food pairings.
• Strong mixology techniques, bar tools and classic recipes.
• Refined guest service skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, memory and multitasking under pressure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• RV Bar Card/Responsible Vendor Permit within 45 days.

Responsibilities

• Bar Preparation & Presentation: maintain a polished, fully stocked bar with premium offerings.
• Guest Engagement & Service: warmly welcome guests and provide expert beverage recommendations.
• Execution & Compliance: follow all alcohol regulations and process orders discreetly.
• Collaboration & Teamwork: support servers and mentor team members on service techniques.
