Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate with related internship experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fashion client press and communications.
• Coordinate with US and international client teams.
• Support press outreach to editors, stylists, contributors.
• Assist with sample trafficking and tracking.
• Support showroom organization and sample management.
• Prepare selections for editorial and VIP requests.
• Research editors, stylists, influencers for client projects.
• Assist with press appointments and Fashion Week activities.
• Support events coordination and on-site execution.
• Maintain press lists, calendars and internal docs.
• Monitor press coverage across media.
• Prepare press reviews and client presentations.
• Conduct ongoing industry monitoring.
• Provide general administrative support to the New York team.
