Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Hotel/restaurant experience is a plus.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

• Anticipate and address guests service needs.
• Greet guests in a polite and friendly manner with a smile.
• Set the stage for a memorable meal, ensuring dining rooms are clean and guests have everything they need.
• Move efficiently to prepare tables for the next guests.
• Support servers by refilling drinks and clearing plates between courses.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness.
• Familiar with restaurant, bar, and room service menus.
• Describe cuisine style and be knowledgeable about hours of operation.
