Job summary

Oakley, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at Empire Mall to deliver exceptional customer service, build relationships, and hit sales targets. You’ll develop in-depth product knowledge and provide personalized recommendations to our clientele.

This role supports omnichannel service, stays current on trends, and requires 2+ years in retail, a high school diploma, and flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably eyewear.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and ensure memorable shopping experiences.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge; attend training sessions.
• Displays knowledge of the Brand, warranties, and add-on features offered to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and follow up as needed.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets by upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support for a seamless online and in-store experience.
• Adhere to all brand policies and perform other duties as assigned.
