Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, including greeting and serving customers and informing merchandisers on stocking needs.
• Manage complex customer service situations by providing high-touch assistance to VIP clientele.
• Remain up-to-date on current product assortment to act as an informed ambassador of the brand.
• Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Comply with professional regulations, internal rules and code of conduct.
• Attend and participate in occasional work meetings.
• Maintain shift punctuality and communicate with management as needed.
• Serve as an ambassador to the brand through your style and community connections.
