Job summary

David Yurman Enterprises LLC seeks an experienced Email Marketing Producer to own the day-to-day execution of campaigns from intake to deployment, partnering with Site, Retail, Creative, Marketing, CRM and Data teams in a hybrid NYC environment. • 3+ years hands-on experience executing email marketing campaigns in high-volume environments (retail/luxury)
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Independent production management from intake to deployment with issue resolution
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email Studio, audiences, segmentation, dynamic content, testing, deployment and reporting
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting email rendering across devices and clients
• GA4 knowledge for campaign performance analysis and UTM tracking
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive team player with collaboration across internal and external partners
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, priority-driven environment with a sense of urgency

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign requirements, assets, timelines and execution with Site, Retail, Creative & Marketing teams
• Manage end-to-end email campaign execution from building to deployment
• QA campaigns across devices, email clients and dark mode
• Own weekly, monthly & quarterly email performance reporting and identify trends
• Share insights with cross-functional partners to inform marketing efforts
• Manage multiple concurrent campaigns and deadlines with high accuracy
• Collaborate with CRM/Data teams on audience segmentation and targeting
