Job summary

Club HUE is seeking a dedicated Captain to uphold the restaurant’s tone and style with every guest interaction. You will introduce the concept, reconfirm allergies and guest requests, and act as the liaison between kitchen and service to ensure flawless coordination.

You will lead wine and cocktail pairings, deliver attentive service, and mentor team members, all while maintaining impeccable grooming in a luxury setting. California residency and related certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Must have hospitable personality and luxury hospitality experience.
• Able to work at a rapid pace with attention to detail; multitask.
• Must have strong supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to promote sales.
• Must manage time well; teaching and motivational skills.
• Strong wine and food knowledge essential.
• Korean language skills are a plus.
• Need RBS Certification.
• California Food Handler Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Master full menu knowledge and present it with polish to each guest.
• Lead wine, spirits, and cocktail program; guide pairings with confidence.
• Provide seamless, anticipatory service that exceeds expectations.
• Greet, guide, and farewell guests warmly to build loyalty.
• Set and maintain station and side station to high standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen to pace courses and execute details.
