Job summary

Inspirato LLC is seeking a Destination Planner & Concierge to own the end-to-end member experience at luxury residences in Big Sky, MT. You will manage pre-trip planning, on-site service, and property oversight with a focus on quality, safety, and appearance.

Responsibilities include itinerary planning, guest reception, maintenance coordination, and proactive communication to exceed member expectations, while adhering to SOPs and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Interact with affluent clientele and deliver on high expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, hospitality management or business administration.
• Hospitality and guest service experience with local knowledge.
• Honest, respectful, trustworthy, dependable, caring, and fun.
• Strong interpersonal skills with both employees and members.

• Excellent oral and written communication and listening skills.
• Upbeat, positive attitude.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and chat apps.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and have a reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build itineraries, maintain constant member communication, and provide destination insights.
• Coordinate with team, stock and stage the home, finalize itinerary, and inspect property.
• Greet guests, manage on-call needs, daily check-ins, oversee housekeeping, and track incidentals.
• Present folio at departure, assist with transportation, send a thank-you note, inspect for damage, and begin turnover.
• Deliver luxury in every interaction with high-touch attention from planning through departure.
• Execute SOPs and checklists, lead detailed property inspections, and ensure maintenance and asset readiness.
• Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance, respond to emergencies, perform light repairs, and handle storm preparation.
• Oversee property-related projects with timelines, ensuring quality and completion.
• Own every detail from staging to inspections to itinerary delivery with pride and precision.
• Stay proactive to create seamless experiences exceeding expectations.
• Lead maintenance, staging, and inspections with rigor to meet brand standards.
