Job summary

Mint Dentistry is seeking a capable Dental Assistant to join our team in Morrow, GA. You will assist dentists during procedures, take digital X-rays, and maintain accurate patient records with confidentiality.

You’ll help deliver a Mint-level patient experience through empathy and expertise in a high-energy, luxury-setting. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of dental assisting experience, relevant licenses or certifications, and strong OSHA/HIPAA knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active state dental assisting license (if applicable).
• Radiography certification (if applicable).
• 2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience.
• Up-to-date with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control training.

Responsibilities

• Be the dentist’s right hand—assist during all dental procedures with confidence.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays and images.
• Deliver Mint-level patient experience with care, empathy, and expertise.
• Keep patient records and charts accurate and organized.
• Protect patient confidentiality.
• Follow OSHA and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines.
• Support hygienists and team as needed.
