The Claros Travel is seeking a Luxury Customer Service Representative to join our remote team and support clients seeking personalized luxury itineraries and reservations. You will handle inquiries, bookings, and itinerary updates with a focus on high-touch service.

In a fast-paced, remote environment, you will communicate policies clearly, maintain records in our systems, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.

Formación

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service experience required (luxury service or hospitality preferred).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and digital communication tools.
