Jobot is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join a premier aesthetic practice in Raleigh, NC. The incoming surgeon will perform a broad range of cosmetic facial and body procedures with significant clinical autonomy and dedicated OR access.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Plastic Surgery.
• Fellowship training or substantial aesthetic surgery experience preferred.
• Eligible for unrestricted North Carolina medical licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interest in practice development and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic surgical procedures involving the face, breast, and body.
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and treatment planning.
• Develop long-term patient relationships through exceptional outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with medical aesthetic providers to optimize patient care.
• Participate in practice growth initiatives, community education, and marketing efforts.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.
