Qualifications

• 3–5 years in content creation and design, ideally luxury, retail, or lifestyle.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and content tools.
• Basic video editing or motion graphics experience.
• Strong storytelling, editorial best practices, copywriting, and brand voice.
• Experience across social platforms and knowledge of content metrics.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to measure content effectiveness.
• Self-starter with strong organization, prioritization and collaboration.
• Passionate about social trends and interior design.
• Team player who collaborates with ecommerce and social teams.

Responsibilities

• Create high quality content for digital channels fueling top-of-funnel growth and brand equity.
• Translate brand priorities and product stories into content ideas and assets for owned and paid channels.
• Support photo/video productions with shot lists and on-set coordination.
• Adapt content across formats while maintaining brand voice and aesthetic.
• Assist with content calendars and asset organization.
• Ensure editorial quality across all platform assets and channels.
• Collaborate with Creative, Partnerships, Growth and Retention to meet marketing objectives.
• Manage vendor, agency and freelance relationships to align projects.
• Stay informed on industry trends to evolve storytelling approach.
