Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Experience within luxury brand/markets.
• Student or graduate of hotel management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable service to guests by serving food and beverages.
• Greet and interact with guests using professional manners.
• Maintain guest privacy and protect company assets.

Skills

Knowledge of wine, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Knowledge of guest service etiquette

Ability to perform all tasks related to a cocktail server role

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Education

High school diploma, GED, or related training equivalent
